Welcome to the Igniting Leaders website!

Through this site we hope to encourage leaders and would be leaders to walk and grow in the call that God has for them. Specifically, our vision is to discover pioneers who would dare to plant churches in Australia and beyond.

We believe that Australia drastically needs new churches pioneered that will effectively engage with the broader community, and bring His love, wisdom and redemption to the masses who do not know Him. Why? Because we believe that people need God! We also believe that our towns, cities, states and nation need Him and are in desperate need of transformation.

Ignite is committed to raising up leaders who will be answers to this problem.

On this site you will find a leadership blog, podcasts, details of the ignite intensives that we run, feedback from past leadership intensives, some resources you may find useful, as well as links to useful sites.

Ignite is a ministry of Tim and Sharon O’Neill that has grown out of New Directions, a paradigm breaking and pioneering externally focused church in Launceston, Tasmania. New Directions is a church for the community that has pioneered the Tailrace Centre and has attracted much national and international attention.
